This one ought to be interesting. It has come to my attention that many current and former parents and students have been bullied in various forms by Bonnie Cerace and her cohorts at the Galloway School. Just to follow up on my post about bullying of students by some teachers and primarily administrators at the Galloway School, I would like to bring to everyone's attention the following:
ReplyDeleteIs the teacher continually making fun of the child's known or perceived disability? Then the teacher has committed disability-based harassment and discrimination. Is the teacher impermissibly sharing confidential information about the student? Then the teacher is violating the child's privacy rights under FERPA.
Hmmm...does this sound familiar to anyone at the Galloway School? I would say it is significant reason to be concerned. If you think the current lawsuits are risky, wait until the new ones are filed.
